Topic/Skill: Listening
Teacher Presentation: Andrew had a lot of different activities and had
the students very involved.
Classroom Management: This was a small class of only 4 people so it was
easy to keep everyone involved.
Materials: White board, workbooks and projector
Student Participation: There were only 4 students in the class so it was
easy to keep them involved. He had them listen to a song then fill in the
blanks. We also listened to a video and they had to answer comprehension questions
about. We then listened to a taping of people talking about time and they had
to circle the clock that had the right time
Feedback Provided: He corrected them as much as he could and got me
involved, which I thought was nice.
Lesson(s) on teaching you learned: The smaller the class the easier it
is to connect with students on a personal level.
