Topic/Skill: Reading, Honeybee passage

Feedback provided to tutee: Matthew was considerably less interested in this passage and had a more difficult time making it through the article. He remembered some main topics when answering the comprehension questions, but he referenced back quite often. Matthew did know generally what sections to look in for help and he was able to accurately guess the meanings of many words from context.

Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: I learned that Matthew consistently forgets to capitalize the first letter of a sentence, but that by having him correct his own mistakes he remembers more frequently. I also learned that it is important to ensure any answer keys are far from the student's view.
