Topic/Skill: Family & Personal information/Making questions

Teacher presentation: The teacher explained the sentence structure of questions and made the students practice it by asking questions about family&personal information. She let them write down their questions and answers so that she can check correct them by writing.

Classroom Management: The teacher made sure that every students are engaged and speak only English by constantly checking their performances.

Materials: Text book and note books

Student Participation: The teacher concstantly ask the students questions and encourage them to speak.

Feedback provided: The teacher provided feedback by correcting the mistakes on paper and explaining them verbally.

Lessons learned about teaching: I learned that when you teach foundation level students you need to speak very slow and try to communicate. I also learned that the foundation level students are actually quite good English speakers so it is always important to challange them.
