Feedback provided to tutee: He did a superb job staying focused and completed all his work capably, even word problems were not giving him trouble and he stopped the habit of guessing the answer. It was progress to continue and be proud of.
Lessons learned about tutoring/tutee: tutoring is significantly easier with prearranged material made by someone else.
