Cultural and/or linguistic topics you and your partner learned: I asked the tutee if cultural fast food restaurants were common or popular in Kuwait, much like we have McDonald’s and Burger King, or the Russians’ restaurant Teremok. He stated that though they had American fast food chains, there was no equivalent serving food that was cultural.
