Feedback provided to tutee: The tutee did a great job reading and understanding the text. He enjoyed talking about some of the issues raised by the articles.
Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: It is essential to find material that the tutee is interested in. He like the topics, but because it was the end of the day, he was quite fidgety and often had a difficult time concentrating on the questions asked. It may be best to stick with multiple choice and short answer questions in the evening, and use more complicated questions when we meet during the day.
