Topic/Skill: Speaking and Listening
Feedback provided to tutee: I introduced the lesson to Jun where he would use his listening skills to listen to the short youtube clip and take notes, and then speak about the video for as long as he can and as detailed as he can. Last time he did not write notes but this time I made sure that he did, and encouraged him to write down keywords and details.
Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: Jun did much better this session with his speaking skills in regards to mentioning details and recalling the story of the clip. He was still distracted and sometimes would end up typing instead of speaking on Skype, so next time I will try to be more disciplined during our lesson.
