Topic discussed: Cultural exchange assignment on family with Ms. Candace's Group 4 class
Cultural and/or linguistic topics you and your partner learned: My partner for this cultural exchange was Sara and she is from Saudi Arabia. I learned about her family in Saudi Arabia and that the person she always goes to for help is her older sister. She is living in Tallahassee with her husband now and plans to attend TCC next year, but she will visit her family this Summer because she has never been away from them. Most of the exchange was from me where she interviewed me and asked me about my family. We discovered that we were very similar in the way that we personally are more adventurous and quite different than the members of our own families.
